The Craving-Killing Healthy Chocolate Shake Recipe

The consistently and sweetness of this makes it scarily similar to a legit chocolate shake, but its minimal, non-processed, dairy-free makeup makes it clean and healthy on top of its craving-pleasing qualities. It’s my go-to when I’m having one of those “just give me something sweet” moments — and it should be yours, too.

In addition to being a yummy snack or dessert, this shake also suffices as a filling — and fulfilling — breakfast. Eat up.

The Craving-Killing Healthy Chocolate Shake Recipe

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla, non-sweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 TB pure maple syrup
  • 1 TB raw honey
  • 1 TB organic cocoa powder
  • 1 TB Chia seeds

– Transfer all ingredient to a blender and blend until combined. Sprinkle a little extra cocoa on top.
